What is your best practice for Trusts and Donor Advised Funds data entry?

Hi RE family,

I have a question in regards to handling data entry for Trusts and Donor Advised Funds. I have used RE for over 11 years and have heard a couple different ways to do data entry. What have you seen works best for your Organization/Company?
