Default set for addressee & salutation on laptop

Hi,

We are using default sets for addressees and salutation that typically can be pulled in via Shift + F2. Now we have a new staff member that has a laptop instead of a desktop PC and the Shift + F2 opens the speaker volume menu instead. Any thoughts on how to work around this?

What model/make is the laptop? I know on my own there's a Fn button to activate those kind of functions and similarly on my work keyboard a F-lock button.

Agreed with Rachel Cavalier‍. When I got my laptop I did some quick Googling and found there was a way to reverse it so I didn't have to press the function key each time. Really I care way more about my FKeys than turning up or down my volume or screen brightness.
