Help! My logo and large banner image won't show up correctly on my TeamRaiser page

This is our 2nd year with TeamRaiser - copied the event and all is well except the large photo that should display on the welcome page and our logo that should display in upper left corner.  Any ideas?

  • The logo looks to be pulling in the TR ID .... so you'll need to upload a logo w/ the name:  logo-1060.png  (last event was likely logo-1040.png).

    http://hinds.convio.net/images/content/pagebuilder/logo-1060.png (doesn't exist in the image library yet)

  • I just finished a chat with Blackbaud and they helped me fix it - some coding (hard for a mere mortal such as myself) and some other technical stuff.  I'd like to give a shout out to Caroline, the chat support person who helped me - she's amazing : )

    Toward the bottom of that page, you'll also find "Jump-Start Your Success Sessions" which are On-Demand quick sessions (15-30 min) from everything you need: Copying Your TeamRaiser event, updating your slideshow, updating global navigation, segmenting with the coaching email tool....and we'll have more on the way.
