Removing System Copy in TeamRaiser Autoresponders

Hi everyone,


Has anyone been successful in finding a way to hide/remove the default copy the system adds to the "Thank you for Registering" autoresponder in TeamRaiser?  We are setting up a TeamRaiser to use in a different way (not a P2P event) so some of that copy the system adds does not make sense for this event.  I don't want to remove it for all TRs, just this one.

  • I think this might be the kind of thing that is managed in the Message Catalog, found under Data Management > Product Configuration. You might need to ask for access, or have support make the change for you.


    It will change the content instance wide, though.

    We have yet to come up with an elegant way to strip this copy from the system without having to do it account wide. 


    That said - we have used work arounds before where we suppressed the thanks for registering email and instead used the Sample Solicitation to Forward as it goes out pretty immediately as well. You can also use one of the timed followups emails if you don't need an immediate email triggered.

  • Thanks Brian!  We only want to change it for this one TeamRaiser which is why I didn't want to change it in the Message Catalogue.
