  • Hi All,

Thanks so much for not only attending but also engaging in the discussion with us on Coaching Participants today. It was so good hearing how you tackle some of these challenges from your very own voices (I'm loving unmuting attendees in these webinars!).

For those who attended (or who see this and watch the recording), please share something you learned today that you will apply for your next P2P fundraising event.

You can find the slide deck, the recording and additional resources we discussed here in the Luminate Community Resources tab: https://community.blackbaud.com/reviews/item/4/2738.

  • Hi Jennifer and Kent,

Saw your Round table on the community.  Loved it!  Wish I had known about it.  From the slides it looked like information  I could really have used.  You have a great Customer Success Team!  How can I find about any upcoming webinars you are doing?

  • Hi Patti Posey‍ !

We are working on additional Success Sessions. We would be happy to have you join us tomorrow for our Reporting Session if you can attend. Find the registration page here.

Currently, we have two TeamRaiser sessions scheduled at the end of the year via the Luminate Tips & Timesavers Program here.

If you watched the session recording, what did you find the most helpful and what would you plan to use in your next event?

  • Hi Jennifer,

For me, I liked the entire presentation.  Honestly, I've been working with Luminate/Teamraiser since 2014 (and still struggle)  and never got the full training or understanding of the product.  I still seem to have to figure things out on my own and learn things that I should have known already.  I learned the most when I had Kent as my CS guy.  He was the most helpful and willing to show me how to do a lot of things.  But unfortunately he was taken away from me and since then, my CSS team is non-existent.  I don't like that I got lumped in a group just because I'm in healthcare.  It does nothing for me.  They do nothing for me.  I see how active and engaged you guys are with your group and wish I was a part of it.  So disappointing.  I wish I could defect!   Just my honest opinion and not afraid to say it.  I will continue to follow you and Kent.  Thank you.

  • Hi Patti-

Thanks for this feedback. Your Customer Success team is working on developing additional programs and sessions like the ones offered this month. The format of the roundtable series is a new one and we enjoyed providing room to allow the attendees speak to one another as we feel you can learn just as much from your peers. We hope to do more of these in the future.

Thanks for attending the reporting session today.

    Hi Patti,

If you are interested in taking formal training on TeamRaiser, Blackbaud University has two TeamRaiser specific instructor-led courses: Luminate: Setting Up TeamRaiser and Luminate: Successful TeamRaiser Communications. We also have a self-paced course titled Luminate: Basics of TeamRaiser.
  • Sorry I missed the presentation!

I have a TeamRaiser question re: Coaching emails —
    Can they be automated?

Please let me know, I need to set this up ASAP. Thanks
