template for excel list import/new constituent records

Hi all,


I get new lists of event attendee lists that need to get added to RE 7... is there a simple step by step guide?  I've looked at the Knowledgebase and feel like even their instructions are confusing... I need remedial help!  It's about 2500 names a month (name, address, phone, email) and am fearful that messing something up will create a huge headache for cleanup down the road...  so am being extra cautious for sure!
