not receiving email notifications of online donations

We recently went to RENXT and are changing over to online express.  I've started setting up the donation forms and noticed that we are not receiving email notifications for any gifts that were made.  I then set up my personal email in the notifications and received an email notification.  We use groupwise for our email, would it be that the online express isn't compatible with groupwise?

  • Try setting up both your personal and your groupwise emails for notification. If it only notifies your personal then there's an issue with the groupwise, Maybe going to junk or being filtered?
  • I'm not tech savvy enough to know all the details, but we had to have someone in our IT department set up the IP address that RE gave us. Evidently it wasn't one of the approved addresses that were set up when we first set up RE.
