Has anyone successfully been able to fire a Google Tag Manager trigger on the TeamRaiser registration thank you page? pg=rthanks

We have been successful at firing tags on the donation confirmation page, ecommerce confirmation page and ticketed events confirmation page. But for some reason we are having difficulty getting our TeamRaiser confirmation page tag to fire which is referencing Page URL contains pg=rthanks.


I should note that we do have some tags firing on this page successfully: Crazy Egg Tag, GA Base Tag, Facebook Pixel, GA Optimize Container, Optimize page-hiding snippet, etc.


It just seems to be our custom event TeamRaiser Tag where we are using a custom event to send data layer information into Google Analytics.


Any help would be very much appreciated!

    This is now been resolved. Our issue was that the TeamRaiser in which we were testing had an apostrpophe in the title and that was breaking our code in the datalayer.

    I do not have any special characters in my event name and I cannot get it to work.  I have no problem with the entry page but the rthanks or any other page in the registration series does not count towards my goals.
