How do I take a general donation in Teamraiser and apply it toward a competing team

Hi Gwyn,

You can look up the constituent that made the donation.

Go to the Transactions tab.

At the bottom of the page you will see all the transactions, find the one in question and in the Actions Column, click Soft Credit on the transaction you need to switch.

A popup appears and you can choose to Pick a TeamRaiser team, then click Search.

Next screen appears, search for the team name in the correct TeamRaiser, click Next.

Select your team in the Action column and you are all set.

You can double-check the Source column on the Transactions tab to make sure it is applied correctly.
