Allowing donors to choose to cover processing costs

Hi all,

Have any of you set up a way for giving donors the option of paying credit card fees on top of their donation?

How did you set this up?

Sorry, but that is a terrible solution. Especially if using the mini form. It doubles the number of suggested contribution levels and completely ignores if a donor chooses an "other" amount.

Why can't this be an option in the donation part set up?????

We have this functionality through a third party vendor and love it. About 25% of our donors pay the credit card fees. If you have not already voted, go here to vote for this to happen on the ideas page https://bbnc.ideas.aha.io/ideas/NETCOM-I-389.

We use iDonate for our online gifts. They have a plugin to connect to RE, with a similar interface to NetCommunities and EverydayHero, but we don't use it.
