Survey Code Snippet

Here's a post I did with several code snippets for registration forms using the Survey tool.

Since you would be putting this on a non-Luminate page, just make sure you use absolute URLs. That means don't use ".../survey/ID....." but use "http://XYZorg.org/survey/ID.....".

Let me know if you need any help. I know that since you are a Go! client you should have a number of snippets. You should be able to use one of these as well. Just copy the code and put it wherever you want. If you want to use a different form for this registration opportunity you will simply need to change the Survey ID to be that of your new Survey.
