Detailed Email Open Report- Opens By Day

Hi! Hoping to track how many constituents open emails on the day we send, the day after, etc. so we can see how opens taper off after about a week. Is there any way to get a detailed report of each individual open with the date and time? Looks like the Message Open Report gives the name, email, # of emails received and # of emails opened, but it doesn't tell us exactly what date and time the open took place. Thanks!

Hey Terra,

I was looking through the reports and there doesn't seem to be any report in LO that gives this data.

I found this in the help documentation:

But this has been deprecated. I thought it might get you there.

Oddly, a report like this doesn't seem to exist. I went through most of the e-mail reports and even tried report writer, but no luck.

Doing some google searching, it seems this is possible, but not totally sure. I couldn't get a clear answer. I tried the usual suspects too, Litmus, Constant Contact, MailChimp message boards.

Maybe someone from BB can chime in or try a support ticket.
