Hi all,


Wondering if anyone else has had this issue: 


I have set up my "Include Questions" under "Manage Participation Types" to include t-shirt size question.  However I have it set so that my Family registration option includes questions that indicate "Adult 1," "Adult 2", "Child 1", "Child 2".  and then for non-family registration have an option that simply says "Please indicate t-shirt size."  


My issue is that in some of my sites, when looking at the back end the "Adult 1" option is not checked off however, it is still showing up when people go to register. 


Any help would be greatly appreciated and let me know if it requires further clarification.

    Are you sure this happens for users, or could this be a cache issue? Sometimes when you jump between LO sites things get squirrely. I haven't noticed this with Reg questions before, but it wouldn't shock me. Check one site in Chrome and the other in Firefox. 


    If that isn't it, does this happen consistently or is it intermittent? If the question is just stuck on all the time in some sites, maybe its corrupted. Delete the question and create a new version? (Edit: I'd pull a report at least before deleting it though. Don't want to lose your existing responses.)

    Hi Brian, 


    It was brought to my attention by an end user and was seen also by a colleague in that region, as I had the same thought about it being a cache issue.  It is consistent for two of the participation types.


    That is a good thought about it being corrupted, will try to delete and put it in again and see how that goes.

    Hey Kelly!  A couple other things to check:
    1. Could the problem be related specifically to team captain registration?  The team captains have their own question setup under "Select Team Options" > "Edit Team Captain Questions" (in "Related Actions" at bottom of left sidebar) - that can sometimes make things a little confusing. 
    2. Under "Select Event Options" > "Edit Event Questions" (in "Related Actions" at bottom of left sidebar), if the question is set to "Required: Yes" there, you might play around with making them not required at that level, and only making them required on the relevant individual participation type question setup level ("Manage Participation Types" > Edit the type > "Include Questions."
