Net Community Email Click Thru reports in V 7.1

We have just upgraded to the Net Community V7.1 and the email reports accessible from the emailgallery are now in separate links from a honeycomb summary diagram rather than tabs. This make for difficult reading for the Click Thru  reports "addional information' link because they open up in a small non-expandable window so you have to scroll across from left to right to read the clicks for each link. You can no longer just grab a single screen shot to capture the analytics to someone. it now requires two screen shots which you have to join together.


Do others fiund this annoying? Can the window be made expandalble so you can view both the links and the click numbers in the one screen

    I, too, find this annoying and would love to know if it will be addressed by BB. I track results in Excel in part due to how difficult it is to get aggregate numbers in BBNC and I agree the click report / scroll is a pain. If you have short URLs, it is okay, but we use UTM codes a lot of the time, and those can get long.

    I have been reading along this thread as you've been collaborating with each other and commiserating about a small window.  I like big screens so I understand.   Since the product is functioning as currently designed, my recommendation to get the window size changed is to post your idea in the BBNC Ideas Bank.  Then repost your idea link back in the BBNC Community to get people to vote on it.  Ideas with the most votes show more people agree with the change in the software.

  • Definitely it's annoying! I copy and paste the text into an Excel document - it pastes like a chart. I can then manipulate it or do a screen shot as needed. Not elegant or ideal, but it works.
