PageBuilder

I have an active TeamRaiser that's been copied from the previous year. I need to add a new page under the Custom Pages tab. I've created the page in PageBuilder and linked it to the custom page, but it's not showingup on the teamraiser site. What should I do to correct this?

Thanks,

James

    Hi James,

I'm not sure if i'm following your request. Did you create the new page using pagebuilder, or did you create it in TeamRaiser > Edit > 13. Customize Pages?

    Thanks,

    Hilary

  • Hi Hilary,

I created the page in TeamRaiser. I'm able to link it to the homepage by going through PageBuilder, however... I just learned that the PageWrapper is what has to be adjusted for these additional pages to appear.
  • Hi James

Unless if your PageWrapper is customized to supress content from Custom Page type, by default to view your Teamraiser Custom Page -- all you need to do is to note the value of your  soid  URL parameter that gets displayed when you are on the "Edit" mode of that page within the backend admin panel. and then  'build' your 'informational' TR page type as shown like the example below

Within the Luminate Online administration 12.Customize Page, when you are editing the Custom Page, you'll see URL similar like the following fashion

    https://secure2.convio.net/YOURORG/admin/TREdit?soid=24656&mfc_pref=T&page_type=fr_informational&tr=edit_informational_page&action=edit_informational_page&fr_id=12296

So the view it publicly / Your public facing URL of that custom page would be

    http://YOURORGDOMAIN/site/TR?pg=informational&fr_id=12296&type=fr_informational&sid=24656

Note: all the parameters after the TR? -- they all need to be there alongside your soid (the public facing parameter of it is 'sid') and fr_id

    regards,

    Daniel
