We rely very heavily on the "canned" reports.  Crystal Reports is a learning curve we've never managed to achieve.  Queries and Exports are also challenging.


A great deal of our giving comes from donor advised funds.  Many people use the same fund (either Schwab, Fidelity, JCF, or New York Community Trust.)  One of the needs we have is a report that shows the Hard Credit - and the soft credit for that gift (usually two - one for each spouse) all on the same line!


Any suggestions welcome.

    If you search the Community for Donor Advised Funds you're going to find a lot of comments, but the short answer is that if you want to see the hard credit to the DAF and a soft credit to more than one person on the same line, you'll want to use a Gift Export.


    The screenshot below will output the name of the hard credit recipient and up to two soft credit recipients.
