Email sent time

Hello,

I set up very specific times to send emails out. This past Giving Tuesday I had 2 emails scheduled for 5 am & 6:30 pm however the stats report reads that the 5 am was sent out at 3:14 pm and the 6:30 Pm was sent out the next day at 8:16 am!

I am unable to reach chat support at this time, but would love to hear from anyone that has any information on this discrepancy.

PS I send emails to my home address so I received them within a few minutes of my chosen issue date and time.

    I hope you have been well. Depending on the email address that were sent to, there may have been a delay in delivery due to the recipient server. For instance, AOL encountered an issue where their receiving servers were unable to accept messages. Additionally, there are some settings within NetCommunity which can control when the message gets sent out, and we'll need support to examine this aspect more closely.
