Hello,

Does anyone know if Nickname does/doesn't get pulled in from Raiser's Edge query does it default to Dear "_____" (ie, Donor)?

    It doesn't, you'd have to build it into your Primary Salutation to pull in the nickname field. We've been doing a lot of work in this area of our database to make the salutations more informal.
