Hello!

I'm trying to clean up our data a bit and see how many active constituents we have on the email list that we use in NetCommunity Sphere. What is the most simple way to pull a list of people who have opened zero emails in the last six months? I really don't want to go to each and every email sent in the last six months and pull the list of "opened" because that's going to be quite a mess. There has to be a way to query "date last email opened earlier than June 1" for example.

    Hi Tracie,

    I've noticed this too -- querying on anything on the BBNC tab is complicated. What I've done as a sort of workaround for your particular question of 'opened in the last 6 months is to search on 'Email name begins with' and then putting in "17." because I name all our messages in BBNC as follows: YY.MM.DD ProjectName VersionInfo. I know that's not helpful if your message names aren't standard, but since we cannot query on Message date (!!!), I haven't figured out another way. Hope this is helpful. --Suzanne
