Re-issuing Registration receipts

Does anyone know who I can go about re-issuing registration receipts? I have no problem doing donor receipts but I can't find how I re-issue a registration receipt. We have several corporate teams who did not receive their registration confirmations. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We have been wanting to be able to do this forever and I didn't realize we needed to have some setting turned on and then...bam!

When I'm in transactions, I don't see the generate or regenerate receipt link? Where is the link? Is this something in settings that we weren't aware of?

I was told by Blackbaud support to go in to Interactions find the donation or registration, open it and copy and paste it into an email. To me that's not a resolution. In Sphere when you made a change or had to send another receipt, all you had to do at the end of the form is click button that says send receipt! So easy. The simle things I missed about Sphere!

On the Transactions page at the bottom, do you you not see 'Receipt' in the Actions column(farthest right)?

I wonder if you need to enable Receipt Manger on your site:

https://www.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/luminate-online/help/luminateonline.html#../Subsystems/Setup/Content/Concepts/Receipt_Admin.html?s_site=cmf&s_locale=en_US

If it is on, you would see it under the 'Setup' menu and for us it is the last option, 'Receipt Manager'.

Looks like you need to contact support to get this turned on.

You need to turn on PDF receipt option

Setup > Receipt Options > Global Options.

At least this is what Luminate support had to do for me this morning to get it to work

actually you might need to contact luminate support to get them to do this for you as I don't see this under Setup

Marc Schroeder helped me out with it this morning and he was great!
