Editor Screen NOT loading have to hit enter multiple times

Is anyone having issues with the editor screen NOT loading when you are adding a new email/template?  This has been happening to us since yesterday.

We are on Blackbaud NetCommunity version number: 7.1.172.0.


To get the wysiwyg editor to appear, we have to hit the refresh button at least 4 times before we can edit the email.

    We haven't had any other reports so far of the email editor not loading automatically. Is the issue still occuring for you? If so, does it happen on computers outside of your network such as a tablet or mobile device connected to cellular rather than office WiFi?
