Our registered participants are not able to send emails form their Participant Centers. The Invalid Email Address message below shows up no matter which email template or which email address from Available Contacts is chose, and also if a new contact is added to that list. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Julie, did you check with BB support? and how were you guys adding the suggested messages in TR? HTML code or WYSIWYG? Sometimes some html tag could result in an annoying error in PC emails. Have the user(s) tried clearing their browser histories before trying again or maybe do it in incognito mode?
