Scheduled emails are not being sent in a timely manner

Hello,

Our big annual giving challenge is happening tomorrow.  We have a series of scheduled emails to constituents which are based on detailed queries.  Our first email was scheduled to be sent at noon today.  It's now after 8 pm and it still hasn't gone.  We've been on the phone with tech support who have stated it's an issue with the 7.0 upgrade.  It's important that we use the queries with the email message becauase they are very tailored and will prepopulate the donor form.   Any one have any ideas on how to solve this short of using an exported list? Looking in the que now shows a sending time of around 10 pm. Based on this, can we assume there is a 10-hour delay on all our emails?  This is truly going to have a very negative impact on our entire campaign so any ideas would be appreciated.

    We have had major email delays when our BBNC server got off sync from other servers on our network.  We have since synced all servers and made sure this won't happen again.  It is an idea at least and something to have your IT people check if you are locally hosted.


    In BBNC, check your settings, schedules, email jobs.  We have ours set to send every 1 minute.

    We had this happen with a couple of our scheduled emails. The send time kept getting pushed out and would never be attained. For a couple of weeks, we just made sure to manually send emails rather than scheduling them. Since then we have gone back to scheduling emails and everything seems to be working fine. Since we have no magic fix, we are just hoping it doesn't happen again.
