Access content in the TeamRaiser Management module library?

Are you by any chance referring  that "TeamRaiser Management" module to the "Event Management Center" (EMC) the link that gets listed at the end of the Teamraiser > Edit > 15.Publish > 3. Event Manager Entry Point   that is available for each Teamraiser instance.


If yes to refer to / link to the document/images that you have uploaded within "Manage Event Library" > Document List   ---  use the following URL pattern

//YOURDOMAIN/site/DocServer/YOURFILENAME.YOURFILEEXTENSION


or you can use the secureX.convio.net URL counterpart for the first portion of the URL -- and that file is available to be linked from anywhere not just from within the associated teamraiser page, once you upload anything there.

P.s.

• Don't use the Image Upload within that same library, just use that Document List Upload to upload either document/image  because if you upload the image into image, you can't reference back easily as with the Document List upload.
• You could probably play around with the Filename naming convention for ease of calling these files back

 

When accessing the TeamRaiser Management module, there's a tab labeled "Library" which functions basically like the Image Library and Document Library which cover the whole site, but these are (apparently) specific to a given event. Could be very handy for organizing documents across hundreds of TeamRaisers.

BUT... I can't figure out how to link any content I put in there. The online docs suggest that to do so, I can use the Links component of the plaintext editor, but there is no mechanism there to add content from the TeamRaiser Library -- only from the site-wide Image Library or Document Library.

Anyone know how to add these links? Or just have a URL I could use as reference and copy-paste for my images/documents accordingly?
