Best practices for tracking and exporting grouped events

Hi All,


Looking for advice on how to best track grouped events. We currently have exports going, one with collumns that lists each registratrant for each event, and one with alumni information (address, guest, education year, etc.). Does anyone know if there is a way to streamline this process?

  • I have that same problem.  The people that are in charge of the event want updated lists periodically and right now the only way I can get that list is by doing a query and export on a daily basis and then sending the information on to the coordiantor of the event.  There has to be an easier way to get that information out to the leaders.  The canned event reports don't meet the needs as they don't seem to allow an option to include all of the attribute information that the directors need.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
