How can I export Organization name and email address of donor in the excel export file?

    Paula, I assume that since you posted this under the OLX forum, you mean exporting directly from OLX as opposed to a regular Export from RE. I do not see any customizable fields for selecting your export information in the OLX Donations forms Export button. In the Email Marketing tab, under Email Performance, you can Export the names and email addresses of all email recipients, as well as information whether they opened your email, but this doesn't tell whether they actually donated or not. Again, you can find donation data & email info under the Donations -- "View Transaction History" button, but there is no option for exporting from that window. Perhaps an Idea in the Idea bank, to be able to export directly from the "View Transaction History" window, is in order.


    So probably the best way to get that information, in the meantime, is to export the data as Jen suggests from RE after you download the data out of OLX into the RE records.

    Thanks, Faith...didn't realize this was in the OLX section.  And I'm not sure what OLX will do with an Org/Company name rather than an Individual name.  I think (but could very well be wrong) that OLX requires at least a contact's name...i.e. the name of the individual on the credit card.  Haven't had that with OLX yet, I don't think (and if we did, I don't remember so can't easily go look).


    More information about what you're needing to do, Paula, would be helpful.

    Thank you!  So I am trying to find out if BB will be adding Org name and Email address as an export option to the Download Transactions tool in OLX.  We always export all transactions to excel prior to sending to Batch.  But Org name and Email address do not get exported to the file. We use this for various reasons, including gift back up for auditing and accounting porposes.  See below:

    I think this would be a great addition to the OLX Idea Bank!  Did a cursory search and didn't find exactly what you're asking for, so I suggest you go add your Idea and then post a link back here on this thread so others can easily find it to add votes.

    Hi Paula. I'm looking for this same information. Moved from Vanco to OLX and missing a lot of data that we used to receive.


    I'm wondering if you added to the idea page? Can you share the link? If so I'd love to add my vote.

    Oh, the only thing I can think of for now is to go into OLX history, highlight and copy the 5 transactions that show, paste into excel, repeat. Then separate the data in excel. Doesn't give me everything, but it does pull out the email.
