Corporate Impact Billing Inquiries​ (Finance Invoices for Software Fees & Subscriptions)

We've gathered information that answers some of our most common billing inquiries related to software and subscriptions with YourCause from Blackbaud.

There are two types of invoices you will receive from us. These invoices are kept separate and are facilitated by different teams here at Blackbaud.

• Finance Invoices: This invoice contains details about your organizations products, services, and fees.
  • Facilitated by our Finance department
• Charitable Funding Requests: This invoice is a funding request for the charitable funds to be delivered to your nonprofit.
  • Facilitated by our Treasury department

Reasons to submit a case to Case Central > Invoice & Billing or Call 800-468-8996 (option 4, sub option 2)

• Update your billing information / payment method​

• A copy of your invoice or contract​

• Would like a vendor form completed​

• Would like an overall billing summary of your account​

• Need to apply a credit to an open invoice

What does support hold or credit hold mean? A Support Hold or Credit Hold is a hold on your account when there is an invoicing issue that requires attention. ​Once your outstanding invoice is paid in full, the support hold or credit hold will be removed from your account. If you have further questions, please submit a case to Case Central > Invoice & Billing or Call 800-468-8996 (option 4, sub option 2).



How do I apply an open credit to my Blackbaud account? Once a credit is issued, they are not automatically applied to an invoice on your account. Please submit a case to Case Central > Invoice & Billing or Call 800-468-8996 (option 4, sub option 2).



*Charitable Funding Requests: If you have a question about these invoices, they can usually be answered with the following:

• Transaction report that comes with the request that includes all transactions included
• Charitable funding information section on the CSRconnect Client Admin Portal
• Check with your CSM if you have further questions about your Charitable Funding Invoice
