How do I login to BBU?

Click here to access our course catalog. Scroll to the bottom right and locate the YourCause tile, click ‘View Courses’.

• If not logged into your BBID, you will be promoted to authenticate your BBID.
• Once logged in, you will see your BBU Campus page.
• Double-click on the ‘Basics of YourCause’ and open your learning path.

What is a BBID?

Blackbaud ID is a universal login for Blackbaud customers. Through BBID you can create support cases with our Customer Admin Support Team, Access YourCause Communities for CSRConnect & GrantsConnect, access Blackbaud University, and more. If you do not have a BBID you can learn more about access in this article.



What is a Campus?

Landing page for your Blackbaud University. This contains links to content for YourCause, as well as content for general learnings for all customers.



What is a Learning Path?

A set of courses grouped together in your Blackbaud University Campus.



Do I have to pay for these courses?

No, at this time, YourCause is only covered through eLearning courses, which come with no additional costs. When YourCause has a more robust catalog and certification program we will advertise those options and any costs associated.
