Fund statements: Now with bigger upload sizes!

We made a tweak to the Fund statement management feature in Donor Central this week in response to user feedback. Previously the largest file size you could attach when uploading fund statements was 50 MB. We heard your complaints, and we upped the limit to 250 MB for Donor Central NXT.


To use this feature, go to Control panel, Fund statements, and then select Upload/replace statements.




The new file size limit should be large enough for most fund statement uploads. If you do hit the limit, you can still use the StatementZipSplitter app to divide your statement into smaller pieces. See this Knowledgebase article for a link to download the app and instructions on how to use it.
