FAQ's for MicroEdge's session track at bbcon.Repost: MicroEdge Community

We are excited to be moving our conference into Blackbaud’s bbcon with a dedicated MicroEdge session track. Now that registration is open, we encourage you to register early and secure your hotel (and save on registration fees, as they increase progressively throughout the summer).

As a special kickoff to your conference experience, we’ll be hosting a MicroEdge Day on Tuesday October 25, 2016.

The details of these special sessions are still being finalized but will kick off with a keynote and lunch beginning at noon, followed by sessions to inspire you to help good take over, including guest speakers and a glimpse into our strategic direction and technology plans for 2017. We’ll end the day with a fun-filled celebration. This MicroEdge-specific event is included as part of your bbcon registration (with the exception of one-day pass registrations). =

Beginning on Wednesday October 26 and going through Friday October 28, a dedicated track of breakout sessions for MicroEdge customers will be included as part of bbcon. In addition to the full selection of MicroEdge-specific sessions and Learn Labs, you will have the added bonus of even more learning opportunities at bbcon keynotes, General Sessions, Big Idea Sessions, the expo hall, networking events, and so much more.

Take a look through the FAQs we’ve put together, and if you have any questions about registration, please email us at conference@blackbaud.com. We look forward to seeing you in National Harbor, MD in October!

FAQs:

What is the price to attend bbcon?

Pricing is available on registration page. We have significantly reduced our pricing to match Blackbaud pricing this year. In addition, the sooner you register the better pricing you will receive: Early Registration pricing ($825/attendee) is valid through July 15; then Regular Registration ($975/attendee) applies July 16-September 15; and Late Registration ($1,075/attendee) applies September 16-October 23.

Will my Client Care discount still apply?

We will honor Client Care discounts for this year’s conference. If you are a participant in a Client Care Program, please email clientcarebbcon@microedge.com to receive instructions on how to use your discount code. Please note that client care discounts can only be used for full conference registration (client care discounts will not apply to one-day registration).

Are there additional discounts for multiple attendees?

Yes! There is discounted pricing for additional attendees. Each additional attendee will receive $50 off the registration fee. To receive this discount, you will need to register additional attendees at the same time. Upon completing your own registration, you will be given the option to “Add an Additional Attendee” during the registration process. Please email conference@blackbaud.com if you have any questions.

If there are 6 – 10 people from your organization joining the conference, you are eligible to receive a discounted rate of $700 per attendee. If there are 11 or more people, the discounted rate will be $650 per attendee. Email conference@blackbaud.com for the registration codes.

What is the Consulting Services promotion?

The first 50 MicroEdge registrants will be entered into a drawing to receive one hour of free consulting at bbcon with a MicroEdge product expert. There are 20 time slots available and winners will be notified by MicroEdge.

Please note: you are able to make changes to your Learn Lab selections in the Attendee Service Center until October 23, 2016. You will not be able to make changes onsite at the conference.
