Here's the latest in Blackbaud Church Management! 

Check-in

To provide more control over printing, you can now choose how many child check-in labels to print for chaperones. When you add or edit a kiosk or staffed station from Events, Check-in, under Number of chaperone labels, choose whether to print chaperone labels per check-in station visit or per child. Then select the number of labels to print. For more information, see Check-in Stations.

Small groups

Building on recent improvements to the small group leader experience, it’s now easier for admins to share the URL for the small group leaders’ page with leaders of each group. From Constituents, Small groups, select the name of a small group to open its record. Select Share leader link and then choose how to share it:

  • To copy the URL to your clipboard to paste into an email or text message, select Copy.

  • To email specific leaders, select their names and then select Share. An email with the URL included in the body of the message opens in your default email application. The To field includes the selected leaders' email addresses.

  • To copy the selected leaders’ email addresses to the clipboard, select Copy. Then, paste the addresses into an email app.

MobileMission

For those of you trying out MobileMission, congregants can now manage their recurring giving in the app. From the app menu, they can select Recurring gifts to view all active recurring gifts set up in the app or by your church office in Blackbaud Church Management. When congregants select a recurring gift in the list, they can view its fund, frequency, and status. To stop future payments for a recurring gift, they can select End recurring gift to remove the gift from the list.

Note: From Blackbaud Church Management, admins can verify the status of a recurring gift ended in the app. From the congregant’s constituent record, under Giving history, select the recurring gift and verify the status is Completed.
