What's New In SKY Reporting: Treemaps!

To help analyze hierarchical data, you can now design an insight as a treemap. A treemap displays data as nested rectangles to compare an attribute's proportions within a measure or across multiple measures. We recommend you use a treemap to:

• Ease pattern-identification based on groupings — by color — and the proportional size of its rectangles.
• Legible compare a large number of factors within a minimal amount of space. 

To design a treemap, select Treemap in Insight Designer, and choose the measure and attribute to analyze. With a treemap, you can analyze multiple measures, such as to compare similar totals or consecutive time periods. To further break down the data for a single measure, you can choose another attribute to segment by. After you save a treemap, you can add it to your dashboard.
