With Prospect Research Management, you can use Analysis to analyze relationships with prospects and opportunities to cultivate those relationships. To help ease this analysis, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces some enhancements to insights, attributes, and measures related to prospects and opportunities.f04ba2bd11481f4156591b319923483f-huge-inAnalyze prospect and opportunity statuses in order of your processes. With Prospect Research Management, you can use statuses to track where prospects and opportunities are in your moves management and solicitation processes, respectively. In Analysis, you can use the Prospect days in status, Opportunity days in status, and Fundraiser prospects and opportunities insights to analyze how long prospects and opportunities have each status. To help ease analysis, these insights now sort statuses based on their order set up in the database view, such as to match your moves management or solicitation process.

Admins! In the database view, you can set up the order of your statuses in Tables from Config.
  • For prospect statuses, sort the Prospect Status table to match your moves management process.
  • For opportunity statuses, sort the Proposal Status table to match your solicitation process.
Analyze projected giving through opportunities. To analyze revenue scheduled through upcoming commitments such as pledge installments and recurring gifts, you can use the Gift projected amount by source insight, Gift projected amount measure, and Gift projected revenue source attribute in Analysis. With Prospect Research Management, these now include open, active opportunities and their expected amounts, less any funded amounts. By default, the measure and insight provide the sum — or total — based on all pledges, recurring gifts, and opportunities. To analyze a different amount or only specific giving or opportunities, adjust the measure or filter by an attribute such as Gift project revenue source.
