Our team regularly evaluates our solutions to ensure our development efforts are aligned with our vision to power an Ecosystem of Good™ that builds a better world. This means we sometimes retire features or products as well as bring new ones to market. Learn more about what this means as we retire use of everydayhero November 30, 2020.

 As you may know, support for the everydayhero® platform will end on November 30, 2020. Moving forward, Blackbaud will focus development resources on Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising™, powered by JustGiving®. With Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving, everydayhero customers will enjoy the same great features they love like:

• Unlimited branded campaigns, unlimited admin accounts, unlimited fundraising pages
• Simple charity admin interface and reporting
• Improved Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® integration, continued integration with eTapestry
• Support for Blackbaud Merchant Services™
• The “Donate Now” feature is included on campaigns, no custom code required!
• Premium branding capabilities with more streamlined, professional fonts

Transitioning to Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, means you are switching to a solution with speedy development. In fact, we released Fitness integration with Strava, Live Video Streaming for personal pages, and expedited the onboarding process to help organizations gain access to the tool faster in our response to the rapid-needs of COVID-19 fundraising. Need to hear an additional bonus? All this is available with no subscription fee.

If you have an everydayhero Pro Subscription, your everydayhero Pro contract will be cancelled when you sign up for Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving. You will receive a credit from Blackbaud for fees that you have paid to Blackbaud for your everydayhero Pro Subscription beyond the cancellation date. After November 30, 2020, you will no longer be able to log in or accept donations using everydayhero.

If you’re ready to make the move to Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving, you can begin that process by completing this form. Someone from our team will be in contact to help you move your existing Professional Design Services over (if previously purchased) and invite you to your new, free JustGiving account.



If you take no action, your everydayhero Pro Subscription will be cancelled effective November 30, 2020 and you will receive a credit from Blackbaud for fees that you have paid to Blackbaud for your everydayhero Pro Subscription beyond the cancellation date.

Hi!  I would love to watch the preview and signed up for the replay of the webinar, but it doesn't work.  All emails are DO NOT REPLY and the help button on the replay page only has FAQs and no way to get actual help.  Maybe you could alert someone to check it out?  Thanks! UPDATE: Thanks for the help Stephanie! It's working now.  I appreciate the prompt response.
