Hello and welcome to the   Account Manager update!  My name is Caroline Stuart and I am the Account   manager that will be working with you all.  I’m really looking forward   to working with the Komen affiliates and supporting the great work that you all   do.

I will be sending out this   Account Manager Update on a monthly basis to the Komen Affiliates that are   not on the VICTORY platform.   The point of the update is to send   you helpful information, new training opportunities and to share best practices.    I WANT YOUR FEEDBACK!  Please let me know if there are useful or if you   would find different information helpful.

Setting up Introduction   Calls:

I will be reaching out to you   all starting next week to set up introduction calls.  I want to   introduce myself, to learn more about your affiliate and to discuss your   goals in using Convio.  So be ready for an e-mail from me to set up a   call in the coming month!

Convio Holiday   Schedule:

I wanted to make sure you all   knew that the Convio offices will be closed on the following dates: 12/23,   12/24 & 12/31.  Although the offices will be closed we will have   technical support staff working on those days to answer support tickets and   make sure everything is running smoothly.  Just as a reminder here is how   to contact technical support:

What does Caroline do and   when do I go to her?

 

  • Responsible for ongoing dialogue and a solid understanding of strategic objectives
  • I am your primary liaison for Convio's Accounting, Support, Product Managers and Executives
  • Serves as an escalation point for support issues
  • Point of contact for scoping of additional services
  • Client advocate for feature upgrades and product   upgrades

 



Communicating at the Convio   Community!

 

Did you know that there is a   page in the Convio Community just for the Komen affiliates?!  Well there   is and this is a primary way that I would like to communicate with you all,   share documents and best practices.  You will hear me saying a lot “post   it on the community”.  If you have a question, chances are another   affiliate has the same question.  And if you post it in the Community   either myself or one of my Convio friends will post an answer for all to   see.  Starting today I will be posting documents and other useful   information on this page.
