Making the Most of the NetCommunity Donation Form: Changing Labels on the Donation Form

Have you ever wanted to change how a field reads on the donation form? Or remove some of the default headings that show on the donation form? Well you are in luck! Following the steps below will allow you to make some changes to field labels on your donation form to make life easier for your donors.


To change field labels on the donation form:

1. 
   
2. Log in to The NetCommunity website
   
3. Navigate to the donation form page that you would like to edit
   
4. Click Edit this page in the top left corner of the page
   
5. Click the wheel icon for the donation form

6.   Click the Language tab




 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


7.   Choose the appropriate Category from the drop down menu. If you aren’t sure which category, start at the top and choose each one in order until you find the fields that you want to edit.




 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


8.   Enter the new label for the field that you want to edit. If you don’t want anything to show for the label, you can enter a space on the keyboard and this will count as a label for the field.


 




 


9.   Click Save for the donation form
