Blackbaud NetCommunity 6.64 New Features – Event Registration Form Enhancements

The release of NetCommunity 6.64 is here, and we’re excited to announce some new features that you have requested to the Event Registration Form part!

Multiple Fund Designations for Additional Donations


In previous versions of NetCommunity, we were limited to one fund designation for additional donations. With NetCommunity 6.64, we can now include multiple fund options to the additional donations section on the Event Registration Form part. This was a very popular request that we have received from you, so we are very happy that this functionality has been added!


Better yet, the functionality of this has not changed at all from previous versions. We are still able to enter the display name and choose a default fund designation – we are simply able to add more of them!


From the end-user perspective, the user is presented with the opportunity to make an additional donation, select the amount, and choose their preferred designation which we have created. Clean and simple!



Registrant Title Field


Another requested feature that we have added to the Event Registration Form part is the ability to include the Title field as a registrant option.


In previous versions of NetCommunity, only the First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone and Address fields were available. When we expand the Registrant Options section of the part, we will now see that the Title field is now available. We can choose to include the Title field and make it required if we’d like. The title field will still pull from the titles that we have set up in The Raiser's Edge.
