Take time to think strategically?

Yeah right! In a world driven by constant “pivots”, shifting short-term goals, and non-stop deadlines it can be hard to make time for strategic planning.

Beyond today’s productivity constraints, strategic planning for tomorrow and beyond requires calculating for the uncertainty of what might emerge. And future planning doesn’t provide the tangible and immediate gratification of knocking tasks off today’s to-do list.

But I invite you to challenge yourself to take time to review a particular set of resources – and dare to imagine your “future state” – where you build powerful customizations that drive efficiency and user adoption, drive powerful insights with AI and Power BI, and leverage machine learning to automate and scale app delivery.
