Printable Donation Form (PDF) not pulling in local office address

One of the printable donation form enhancements I had listed for Matterhorn was that the the Local Office Address would be included. Unfortunately, that's not what is happening on our High Plains PDF forms. I don't see the documentation in the Matterhorn release notes, so I wonder if this didn't take place. Should I submit a GWI ticket?

I checked a Participant that was registered on 8/4/08 @ 9:25 AM CT (or whatever time Convio goes by), so it was after Matterhorn. Is there something I should've done on the Division Admin level to make this happen? I apologize if I missed that email. Thanks.

    The location details section of the TeamRaiser needs to be filled in for this to be working. If you have this filled in are still seeing this issue please submit a GWI ticket.
