relationship pathways powerpoint?

Hi, I'm looking for a powerpoint I got from a Convio webinar a few months back. I printed out one page back then called "Relationship Pathways." On this slide it shows the paths a volunteer or repeat donor takes on your website (home page to how my donation is used to donation form, etc etc). Unfortunately I need the rest of the document...and can't find it in my files

I've searched and even downloaded a few ppts from the Online Marketing webinars, but it is not the one I'm looking for...help? Sorry for the strange request!
