As a Blackbaud Community member you already know how important networking with and learning from your peers is in helping you be the best you can be at driving change and creating impact for world-changing causes. [Several of the most prolific community members are sharing their knowledge in Skills Labs.]

That’s why we want you to join other change architects from June 7-9 for Blackbaud Developers’ Conference - held virtually on an amazing new platform that allows you to move freely between spaces, engage in multi-media and simultaneous content experiences, and connect easily with peers and Blackbaud and partner experts with very few limits!

#bbdevdays celebrates the curious, courageous, innovative, and change motivated individuals who are here helping in community, sharing their work with others, and pushing the social good sector to be more efficient and sustainable.

Customer Innovation Grants

Celebrate the importance of grassroots contributions to fueling a culture of innovation and reaffirm Blackbaud’s commitment to the developer community. This year we will award 5 Innovation Grants, including the Vision Award. This expands the program from last year when we had a single award winner, Dan Snyder, Associate Director of Advancement Services, Office of Institutional Advancement, Bennington College, recognized for his Microsoft Power Platform contributions.

The Vision Award recognizes an individual with a great idea for the community. Attendees will vote on this award during #bbdevdays. Innovation grants support the completion or rapid acceleration of a project idea for your organization.

Career Development Panel

This Customer-led panel explores what the new wave of low-code technology means for career choices in the future. What skills will be necessary to transform social good organizations as technology evolves? If you envision a career in technology or in development/ advancement, must you decide on just one of these paths?

Christine Prete, Associate Director of Development Operations, Diocese of Trenton, poses these questions and more to a panel of nonprofit leaders. They’ll share their career journeys and about skills they look for as they build dynamic teams to drive impact at their respective organizations.
