Firefly Partners is growing! Increased demand for our retained digital support services means that Firefly is searching for the right candidate to fill the newly-created role of Support Manager.



Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Support Manager will become an important member of our talented, client-focused team. This position is equal parts client-facing account management work and hands-on digital production responsibilities. The ideal person is organized, responsive, and personable and they thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment.

 

Account Management & People Skills

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their diverse digital support needs
  • Responds to requests for digital services including website and online tool updates, troubleshooting issues and applying fixes, training and account management
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to apply best practices for online engagement and brings them to the client for consideration
  • Accurately estimates budget and turnaround time for tasks

Technical Chops

  • Performs high-quality web development work in a variety of systems and tools
  • Comfortable using HTML and Javascript to build responsive and mobile-friendly web pages, forms, and email messages
  • Clear communicator; Can explain technical topics to non-technical staff without using jargon
  • Experience using online tools like WordPress, Luminate Online, Salsa, Engaging Networks, TeamRaiser, and other commonly used platforms
  • Uses critical thinking to solve problems with win/win results



Successful candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated experience planning, building, testing, and launching online deliverables such as email messages, donation forms, event registration pages, action alerts and petitions, and reports
  • Comfort and confidence in managing and prioritizing multiple, competing requests and addressing these requests in a timely fashion and with successful results
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and with better-than-average attention to detail
