Academic Master Rollover Duplicate Meeting Times

Hi Everyone, I have set up next school with term dates, meeting times, rotations and all those preliminary steps needed before rolling over classes. Yesterday I was rolling them over and when I hit run/finish I received a Blackbaud error 505 that said to refresh and try again. So I did, well I got 2 rollovers. OK frustrating, but it's not very time consuming to delete the duplicates while I double check teachers and classrooms except there is a compounding problem. In Winter term I have duplicate meeting times for the classes, NOT on the daily calendar view but only under the classes themselves. See picture- I got on the chat/ help and the person said it happened because I refreshed and I need to manually delete each duplicate meeting time for 140 classes Winter Term. BUT the meeting times didn't duplicate in Fall or Spring term. I feel like there is something amiss with Winter term, but I can't figure it out, no dates are overlapping, or rotations and I didn't edit them either. The chat person wasn't really willing to look into it further and offered twice to bill me hours to delete the duplicates. Thank You Community!!
