No permissions to add or edit data in the Shared Sandbox

Hi,

We're developing an integration with Financial Edge NXT, and have access to the Shared Sandbox for development. But we're having a few issues and are not getting any response from either partnerprogram@blackbaud.com or skyapi@blackbaud.com

The biggest issue is that our users seem to be missing permission in the sandbox

  1. The UI on the sandbox doesn't allow entry or modification of any data.
  2. The UI on the sandbox isn't showing all the available options including running any of the reports.
  3. There aren't enough permissions to access the Fiscal Year data (https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/generalledger/v1/fiscalyears)

Other questions are related to the details available via the API vs the details available in the UI

  1. How do we access the company details, I see no API call for this.
  2. How do we access the accounts receivable data, there are no endpoints for this. Is it possible to access full accounts receivable data via the Queries API?
  3. We can't see any easy way to link AP with GL data.
  4. AP invoices missing due dates in the API responses although they are present in the UI.

Has anyone else had similar issues or have any idea how to solve these?

I've also tried accessing the support chat, and it just keeps linking me back here.

    @Matt Evans Hi Matt, I'll follow up with the skyapi team. You need “trusted developer” status to have write privileges in the sandbox.

    @Matt Evans It's a request to the skyapi inbox. When did you reach out? The autoresponder to requests to the inbox notes a 5 business day response.

    @Matt Evans Hmm. You might check your spam filters – anything that hits the skyapi inbox gets the autoresponder.

  • @Gabriela Zelaya hi - we're still waiting for a response to our questions about accessing the company details, linking AR/AP data with GL, and how to find allocations. Do you know when we might be able to get an answer?

    We've also seen that only AR reports have been enabled for us, we still can't run any reports for GL or AP. Is it possible to get this enabled?
