Dedicated Field for a Department Number

We need a dedicated field for Department Number. Our current solution of having the Department Name + (Department Number) adds complexity when trying to integrate data between numerous systems. Especially when some courses are under more than one department.

I'm hoping others can take a quick minute to upvote this idea to have BBEM add a specific field for a Department Number that is optional on this screen:
