Measuring Grant Impact and Reporting

Hello! I'm looking for some info about how companies quantify their impact. We provide grants ranging from $500 to $50,000 to over 100 global nonprofits and find it challenging to measure impact at a programmatic level. Essentially, we're trying to figure out how we can show a through-line across all our grants.

Does anyone have any insight or examples of how your company approaches this, or gets to a baseline? For context we're a large global technology company currently implementing YourCause Grants Connect.
