Topics besides your primary software?

Hi Elizabeth - thanks for sharing your expertise with all of us!

I know BB offers classes on Microsoft products as well as some best practices classes. Have you taken any classes outside of your primary software? If so, what was your experience? Would you recommend any topics in particular? How can I find out what classes are covered by my organization's training pass beyond the primary software?

    What great questions @Carlene Johnson! I have taken some Microsoft classes and have yet to take the Microsoft ones that were not included in my training pass. I've down the Power Automate through BBU and bbdevdays online and regionally. During the September BBU day in Seattle I took Microsoft Excel - Transform Your MS Excel Data with Power Query and Microsoft Excel - Visualize Data with Charts and Tables both with @Jeff Lallo who like many of the instructors clearly loves what he does. I have also found that the Organizational Best Practice offerings are sometimes product-agnostic.

    As for your third question, I will have to get back to you on that I'd like to consult with BBU during their business hours. I checked the FAQ as there are a lot of ways to filter on the classes but I've not had a reason to search in the way you have described :) I'm looking forward to learning this one with you!

    Hi @Carlene Johnson! It doesn't seem to be a way to filter based on what your organization has or doesn't have. Here is the response that I received

    As far as training goes, The Trending Topics page is included in their RE subscription and most Learn subscriptions include access to Microsoft and Organizational Best Practices courses - a course will show you an associated fee if it's not included. You can see the full Microsoft and Organizational Best Practices courses on the curriculum page (link) I shared.

    If they have specific questions about their learn subscription it's best to reach out to their CSM or our Training Help team.

    It really was a great question and would be cool to filter on classes that way! Thanks for asking :)
