Event API missing ability to get all participant's option

Requesting that:

Currently there is only a get participant option api endpoint that allow you to get ONE participant's option at a time. We need either a separate api endpoint that provide LIST of participant options for all participants in an event. OR update the current get list of participant of an event to include a property that has the array of participant options.
