Advanced Search Options on Transaction Searches

Has anyone noticed when you set your Advanced Search Options on any other Search in BBCRM, they ‘stick’ and stay as is until you go and change them again.

However when you set them on your Transaction Search, they disappear after you do your Search and you have to remember to set the same ones again. Why is the Revenue search different, or should it be and is therefore a problem?

  • @David Webb hi David - that is an interesting observation. I had never noticed that before, myself, but it does appear you are correct. It could very well be an unintentional design of the revenue transaction search.

    I would recommend opening a ticket with Blackbaud support. They can probably check to see if it is a known issue or not, and whether they plan to change that functionality.
