Setting Up New School Year

If we are planning on updating our grade translations for 2025-26 to include alternate grades (pass/fail, withdraw, etc), do I need to update that before I can enter course requests for the 25-26 school year? Thank you.

@Lisa Sustersic, yes first you need to set up the new school year with dates and then you can work on the course requests with grade plans. you can also use the master rollover to bring those information and change the dates afterwards.

The new school year has been set up and the courses are all rolled over and added and everything. Can I start entering course requests for my students now, and then update the grade translations over the summer?
